The Boathouse strictly adheres to WA Liquor Licensing laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person who is intoxicated, underage, or behaving in an offensive manner.
Valid photo ID (Passport, Australian Driver’s License, or Proof of Age card) must be presented upon request.
2. Table Bookings & Functions
Punctuality: We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. If you are running late, please call us at 08 9535 1034.
Group Sizes: Large bookings or functions may be subject to a deposit or a minimum spend requirement, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
3. SportsPick Loyalty & Promotions
Membership to our loyalty program is facilitated via SportsPick.
Participation is subject to SportsPick’s own terms and conditions found at sportspick.com.au.
The Boathouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw local promotions, prizes, or "venue specific" rewards at any time.
4. Food & Online Ordering
Dietary Requirements: While we take every care, our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish, and gluten. Please inform staff of any allergies when ordering.
Third-Party Delivery: Orders placed via Uber Eats are subject to Uber’s delivery terms. Once the food leaves our premises, delivery issues must be resolved through the Uber Eats app.
5. Dress Code & Conduct
A neat and tidy dress code applies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire (e.g., specific workwear or swimwear) according to house policy.
Anti-social behaviour toward our staff or other patrons will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the venue.
6. House Rules & Minors
Minors: Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, minors are only permitted in licensed areas when accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian and must remain under direct supervision at all times.
Identification: We practice "No ID, No Entry." If you look under 25, be prepared to show valid photo ID.
7. Weekly Events & Entertainment
Live Music (Saturdays): We proudly host live music every Saturday. Management reserves the right to manage volume levels and crowd capacity for the safety of all guests.
Karaoke (Thursdays & Sundays): Participation is at the discretion of the host. Please respect our equipment and fellow performers.
Chase the Ace (Thursdays): Participants must be present at the time of the draw to claim a prize. Full terms and conditions for the draw are available at the main bar.
